Return Policy
1. Purpose
- In order to ensure consumer rights and improve the quality of after-sales service, TT&P Joint Stock Company will support you to exchange new products according to the following regulations
2. Scope of application for exchange:
- Time limit for consideration of return:
+ No more than 05 days for all products
- Goods to be returned:
+ Purchased at TT&P Joint Stock Company
+ The manufacturer's seal (not torn or re-glued) or TT&P Joint Stock Company's seal is intact (not torn or re-glued)
+ No appearance defects (scratches, dents, yellowing, breakage, etc.)
+ Must be complete: Accessories, warranty card, instruction manual, brochure/catalogue, packaging, foam box... (except for film, plastic film, etc.)
+ Must have all accompanying gifts and documents, receipt, VAT invoice (if any).
3. Conditions for exchanging goods:
- The product has not been used or has been used but has a technical problem that cannot be fixed (due to the manufacturer's technical error), checked and confirmed by the technical support staff of the Manufacturer's Warranty Center or TT&P Joint Stock Company.
- The delivered goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered by the customer.
- The product does not meet quality criteria such as: expired, out of warranty, inoperable, objective damage within the warranty scope of the supplier, manufacturer, etc.
- The customer shall pay the fees incurred in the following cases:
+ In cases of exchanging products of different models or types due to the customer's wishes, the costs due to changing the model or type will be paid by the customer. The renewed product is considered by TT&P Joint Stock Company as a new order and applied according to the current policies of TT&P Joint Stock Company. The fee for each product group/model at each time will be approved by TT&P Joint Stock Company.
+ In cases of product exchange where the product is accompanied by a promotional program for shipping costs + other materials when purchased, please pay that cost back to TT&P Joint Stock Company
+ Other costs incurred (if any): transportation, installation, dismantling... the customer will bear the cost according to the Company's regulations.
Cases that do not accept exchange/return:
- Exchange is not applicable for the following products:
- Adapters that come with the goods
- Customers want to change the type and model but do not notify in advance.
- Customers do not operate according to the instructions, causing damage to the goods.
- You have affected the external condition such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.
- The goods have been signed to confirm that they are new and in good condition, but then you request to return the goods due to defects in appearance (scratches, dents, yellowing, breakage, etc.)
Procedures for exchanging/returning goods:
- Customers can contact TT&P Joint Stock Company directly and we will, on behalf of the customer, send the goods to the Company for inspection.
- After having a "Product Confirmation and Inspection Form" stating that the goods are damaged due to technical errors that cannot be repaired, accepting a new exchange, the exchange will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Company and the manufacturer; or the authorized Warranty Center of the manufacturer.
- The process of handling requests for exchange/return of goods is carried out within the time specified by the manufacturer for that product and the time of transporting goods for the entire process of sending and receiving goods to the unit responsible for exchange/return and vice versa - Calculated from the date of receiving full information and documents as prescribed from the customer.
