-Galvanized Rigid Steel Conduit (RSC/RMC) is the heaviest weight and thickest wall of electrical conduits. 1P’s Rigid Steel Conduit is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance and is considered non-combustible. Galvanized Rigid Steel Conduit (RSC/RMC) can be used indoors, outdoors, underground, concealed or exposed.

1P’s Rigid Steel Conduit (RSC/RMC), when combined with Elbows, Couplings and Nipples (ECN), create an Electrical Raceway System recognized as an equipment grounding conductor which provides shielding from Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). RSC/RMC conduit is a raceway solution which allows for future wiring changes and provides excellent mechanical protection to conductors and cables.
1P’s is very effective in reducing the effects of electromagnetic field levels for encased power distribution circuits, shielding computers and other sensitive electronic equipment from the effects of electromagnetic interference.
1P’s RSC is manufacturered in accordance with ANSI C80.1 and Underwriters Laboratories Safety Standard UL 6.
